Bring your business skills to support the community’s most vulnerable young people.

ABOUT FLEXI SCHOOLS:

EREA Flexible (Flexi) schools offer an inclusive and non-discriminating learning community to young people, who for a variety of reasons, are disenfranchised from mainstream education.  The young people who attend our Flexis have typically experienced one or more significant and complex educational, social, developmental, psychological, health, legal or familial situations which demand unique responses. Such interventions are embedded within the Principles of Operation which combine education with an understanding of trauma-informed practice.  Students are given breakfast and lunch as well as snacks during the day and for many it appears to be a significant source of their food.
