About the College:
St Paul’s College is an R-12 Catholic College in the Edmund Rice tradition, with a current enrolment of approximately 750 students, supported by over 75 teaching and support staff. St Paul’s is in an exciting period of growth and transition, with the College becoming a coeducational school as of January 2022. The initial phase will be introduced from Reception to Year 8 in 2022, allowing the College to grow to a full coeducational school by 2026. In addition, St Paul’s is undertaking significant capital works, in line with the College’s strategic directions, to support its growth. This includes the redevelopment of the library centre and courtyard and the building of a new senior school block.

About the Role:
The Executive Director of Edmund Rice Education Australia (EREA) is seeking to appoint an accomplished professional in the role of Business Manager, to join the College Leadership Team, commencing in January 2022. This opportunity arises in a pivotal period of growth for the College, and is a varied leadership role which covers finance, property, IT and staff management in an enriching and supportive environment. The successful applicant will have tertiary Accounting qualifications, relevant experience and strong leadership skills.
