ABOUT THE ROLE:
Trinity College is on a growth path and needs a bright, commercial leader to build upon their success. As Business Manager, you will have a broad and interesting role including:
*Leading all financial aspects of the College, managing budgets, presenting financial reports to leadership and the Advisory Council;
*Responsibility for the campus and its day-to-day operation, as well as sports and camp sites, through leadership of the ICT, Property Services and Administration teams;
*With the Principal, providing strategic leadership for longer term, multi-million dollar capital planning and development of facilities.
In this role you will work closely with the Principal and sit on a dynamic Leadership Team to help the school navigate its bright future. This opportunity arises from an internal promotion within the EREA Network.
You will report directly to the Principal and be supported by a small team of staff in an enriching and supportive environment.
ABOUT YOU:

To succeed in the role you will have:
*Experience in responsibility for the financial management of a medium-sized business
*Strong leadership experience across multi disciplines
*Demonstrated understanding of the charism of Blessed Edmund Rice
*Ability to be a strategic thinker, while balancing the hands-on day to day requests
*Capacity to be an exemplary communicator of financial results and budgets
*Exemplary collaborative practices
*Tertiary qualifications in Accounting/Commerce with CA /CPA preferred
