About the College

St Kevin’s College is a Catholic school in the Edmund Rice tradition, catering for boys from Prep to Year 12. The College has a current enrolment of approximately 2,100 students, supported by over 300 teaching and support staff. St Kevin’s is a member of the Associated Public Schools of Victoria (APS).

St Kevin’s College offers a distinctive learning experience. There are four campus sites with each catering for the specific needs of learners as they embark on, and fulfil, their educational journey. St Peter’s Early Learning Centre for 3 and 4 year olds, Glendalough Junior Campus for Prep to Year 6, Heyington Senior Campus for students in Years 7, 8, 10, 11 and 12, and the Waterford Campus which caters for Year 9 specifically.

 About the Position

The Executive Director of Edmund Rice Education Australia (EREA) is seeking to appoint an accomplished leader in this newly developed role of Deputy Principal – Engagement and Growth (P-12), to join the College Leadership Team, commencing in January 2022. The successful applicant will be an educator with a passion for learning and proven success in leading the growth of staff, culture and engagement, as well as possessing the relevant leadership experience to satisfy the selection criteria for this key senior position.
