The College:

St Patrick’s College, Ballarat is a Catholic day and boarding school for boys in the Edmund Rice tradition. The College is structured into three schools – Junior (Years 7 & 8), Middle (Year 9) and Senior School (Years 10-12) and has an enrolment of approximately 1,300 boys.

The College was founded in 1893 and is conducted and governed by Edmund Rice Education Australia (EREA). The College’s vision is “raising fine boys to the status of great men”.

The Position:

The Executive Director of EREA is seeking to appoint a Deputy Principal to join the St Patrick’s College Leadership Team, commencing in January 2022. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator to take the next step in their leadership journey. The key focus areas of the role of Deputy Principal at St Patrick’s College, Ballarat are Teaching & Learning and Cultural Change – Students, Staff & Parents.

The successful applicant will be a contemporary and experienced educator with a passion for learning and having relevant leadership experience to satisfy the selection criteria for this key senior position.
