ABOUT THE COLLEGE

St Virgil’s College is proudly a Catholic School in the Edmund Rice tradition, currently educating boys from Kindergarten, Prep and in Years 3 to 10. The College has two campuses, located in Hobart and Austins Ferry, and has a current enrolment of approximately 885 students, supported by over 150 teaching and support staff.

From 2024 St Virgil’s will cater for boys from Kindergarten to Year 12 across the two campuses. The College will then offer a high quality, engaging and contemporary education for more than 1,000 boys aged from 4 to 18.

ABOUT THE POSITION 

The Executive Director of Edmund Rice Education Australia (EREA) is seeking to appoint a Deputy Principal to join the College Leadership Team, commencing in Term 3 2022 (or negotiable). The successful applicant will be a highly accomplished educator with proven success in leading innovative teaching and learning outcomes and faith formation, as well as possessing the relevant leadership experience to satisfy the selection criteria for this key senior position.
