Imbued by the richness of the Touchstones, EREA leaders are called to be counter cultural; to educate our young people to be hope filled about their preferred future. We are charged with creating fertile environments in our schools such that no matter where the seeds are sown, there are no barriers to growth and all seeds will flourish. We are invited to sow the seeds, tend the soil in a way that is sustainable, and to be stewards who ensure the fertile grounds are nurtured and maintained for students today and tomorrow.
