ABOUT EREA:
Edmund Rice Education Australia (EREA) is a National Not-for-Profit Organisation, responsible for the governance and administration of 55 Catholic schools in the Edmund Rice tradition across Australia.
The successful candidate will be part of a supportive team at the EREA National Office and undertake rewarding work which positively impacts the education of over 39,000 young people across Australia.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
This newly developed role will support our schools across Australia to:
*ensure that they have effective and efficient business models;
*maximise grant funding;
*utilise best practice;
*create new partnerships;
*identify and drive network-wide efficiencies;
*adopt the new reporting frameworks.
The successful applicant can be located in either Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane. Travel is an essential component of the role and it is expected that there will be 25-40% travel time to all states and territories. Flexible work arrangements will be in line with the EREA Flexible Work Arrangements Policy.
ABOUT YOU:
To succeed in the role you will have:
*Tertiary qualifications in commerce/business/finance/accounting or equivalent;
*understanding of, and commitment to the values of a Catholic educational system of schools in the Edmund Rice tradition;
*deep analytical experience with ability to use modern data manipulation and visualisation techniques;
*proven experience improving business efficiency and effectiveness;
*a resourceful, creative, and innovative work style;
*the ability to work with a broad array of people, listen first and deliver direct information;
*the ability to connect EREA’s mission, education and financial outcomes and appropriately maximise their mutual outcomes.
