Ignatius Park College, located in Townsville (NQ), is a catholic school in the Edmund Rice tradition catering for boys from Years 7-12. The Principal invites applications for the following position from individuals who will bring expertise, enthusiasm and a commitment to the shared vision of the College.
As a member of the College Leadership Team, the Director of Students shares responsibility for the leadership of the school’s vision, mission and strategic priorities and contributes to the life and good management of the school.
The Director of Students is delegated responsibility by the Principal for the coordination and supervision of the pastoral care of students and exercises this responsibility under the supervision of the Principal and in collaboration with the College Leadership Team, Management Team and the Pastoral (House) Leaders.
The Director of Students leads the pastoral leadership team to support student wellbeing through the delivery of pastoral care to students and families.

Possess a Paid Working with Children Blue Card
All prospective employees must complete an EREA Child Safe Declaration.
All Ignatius Park College staff must be willing to complete online training modules.
