Ray has contributed to Catholic education as a teacher, Head of Faculty, Director of Mission and Assistant Principal in systemic and independent schools, most recently as Principal of Mercy Catholic College Chatswood and Head of Waverley College; he has contributed to system leadership as an RE and Curriculum Adviser for Sydney Catholic Schools. The Liberating Education team supports charism, strategy, learning and teaching, leadership formation and Reconciliation within EREA.

Dr Adam Taylor

Adam came into the EREA National Executive following principalship in schools in Sydney and Melbourne. Adam has worked around half of his career in Catholic systemic schools, and the other half in EREA schools; he has served as Deputy Principal at Christian Brothers High School Lewisham and Principal at St Bernard’s College Essendon. Adam holds a Doctorate of Education (ACU) and is an Honorary Fellow of the Melbourne Graduate School of Education.
