About the Flexible Learning Centre:

The Edmund Rice Education Australia Flexible Schools Network (EREAFSN) is a national initiative of Edmund Rice Education Australia and is recognised as a leading organisation for the provision of education and social inclusion programs for disenfranchised young people.

St Joseph’s Catholic Flexible Learning Centre (FLC) is part of the Oscar Romero Flexible Schools Network under the leadership of a Network Principal.  Oscar Romero Flexible Schools operate within EREAFSN and strive to embody the EREAFSN Practice of Common Ground and Operation by Principle. These Principles are Respect, Participation, Safe & Legal, and Honesty.

About the Role:

The Head of Campus has delegated responsibility from the Network Principal for the day to day management and leadership of St Joseph’s Catholic Flexible Learning Centre and any outreach services related to the Centre. This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for an experienced educator to take the next step in their leadership journey. The successful applicant will be an experienced educational leader with a passion for, and experience in, working with disenfranchised young people of all social, cultural and religious backgrounds. The Head of Campus role is well suited to an individual who can build honest and authentic relationships with young people and their families or carers, supporting and celebrating the uniqueness and dignity of each individual.
