About The Centre Education Programme:

The Centre Education Programme is a part of the Edmund Rice Education Australia Flexible Schools Network (EREAFSN), a national initiative of Edmund Rice Education Australia (EREA) that is recognised as being a leading organisation for the provision of education and social inclusion programs for disenfranchised young people.

The Centre Education Programme offers educational pathways in an inclusive and non-discriminating learning community for approximately 120 young people in years 7 to 12, who have difficulty accessing school for a variety of reasons. The purpose of the organisation is to empower young people to liberate themselves from their circumstances through positive educational experiences that build skills, knowledge, meaningful relationships and self-efficacy.

The Xavier Flexible Schools Network is comprised of Inala Flexible Learning Centre, Ipswich Flexible Learning Centre, Townsville Flexible Learning Centre and The Centre Education Programme. All schools within the Xavier Flexible Schools Network strive to embody the EREAFSN Practice of Common Ground and Operation by Principle.
