National Director of Stewardship/Corporate Services

Serving over 38,000 students across 54 schools in all states and territories, Edmund Rice Education Australia is a significant national education network within Catholic education Australia.

While EREA has been established with its own independent, canonical and civil identity, it is closely connected to the Arch/dioceses of the Australian Catholic Church in which EREA conducts schools.

The role of the National Director of Stewardship/Corporate Services is primarily to oversee the prudent stewardship of EREA’s annual turnover in excess of $1 billion, which is shared between schools and the national office. This includes reporting to the EREA Board on growth initiatives, forecasting capital and recurrent expenditure for the EREA Parent Entity, preparing national office and school budgets (including the setting of fees) and school capital expenditure, monitoring budget spend, and overseeing school Business Manger appointments and performance.
