Edmund Rice Education Australia (EREA) provides a quality and values-based education through its system of 55 Catholic schools across every state and territory in Australia to more than 40,000 students and employs more than 4,500 people.

EREA Ltd (a newly incorporated body) now seeks to appoint multiple volunteer Non-Executive Directors for its four Subsidiary Boards including: EREA Flexible Schools Ltd; EREA Victorian Schools Ltd; EREA NSW Colleges Ltd and EREA Colleges Ltd.

We seek a variety of skills and experience including corporate governance, compliance, leadership experience, strategy, education, commercial and finance (property/infrastructure),  transformation/cultural change, social justice, youth welfare, and HR leadership.
