ABOUT EREA:
Edmund Rice Education Australia (EREA) is a National Not-for-Profit Organisation, responsible for the governance and administration of 55 Catholic schools in the Edmund Rice tradition across Australia.
The successful candidate will lead a supportive payroll team and undertake rewarding work which positively impacts the education of over 39,000 young people across Australia. We are in an exciting period of growth and transition and are looking for talented people to assist with taking the organisation into the future.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
EREA is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead the Central Payroll Office’s high performing team in a fast-paced business environment. Supported by a team of two Payroll Officers, this role manages the end-to-end payroll of over 3,000 employees nationally, consisting of both school and National Office employees.
The EREA Northern Office is located in Boondall, QLD. Free onsite parking is available.
ABOUT YOU:
To succeed in the role you will:
*understand and be able to interpret Enterprise Agreements, Awards and Government Legislation in a complex and multi-award payroll
*have change leadership experience, including a demonstrated ability to bring a diverse group of stakeholders on an agreed journey
*enjoy working with others, communicating with a broad array of people and thrive on educating people about the complexity of payroll
*come with a strong change orientation
*juggle deadlines with attention to detail
*thrive when leading a team to excellent outcomes
*have qualifications and experience in Payroll and/or Accounting
