School leaders came together at Amberley Retreat Centre last week to explore the design and facilitation of adult faith formation through the Forming the Facilitator program. This program aims to further and foster the skills and capacities of these leaders to contribute to in-school formation as well as the opportunity to become a co-facilitator for the EREA new staff formation programs which are offered around the country during Term 3.

We collectively explored questions of intention, impact, dynamics and holding space for diverse groups of staff and school leaders. And we were blessed by the shared wisdom which emerged from the reflective, faith-filled and passionate participants.
