Congratulations to the winners, and those who were highly commended, at the Learning Environments Australasia Design (LEAD) Awards in Brisbane this month.

FAME were among the 10 schools to receive a LEAD Commendation for their new campus with new educational facilities.

The LEAD Awards recognise outstanding learning environments across Australasia that exemplify innovation, purpose-driven design, and powerful collaboration between architects, educators, and communities.

FAME’s new campus and facilities were designed in response to the school’s mission and trauma informed practice, supporting a range of different flexible learning styles. Each classroom has access to dedicated wellbeing spaces and outdoor courtyards, with the campus featuring purpose-built facilities for music, hospitality, technology, STEM and more.

The design process considered feedback from staff, students and educational experts to ensure the best fit for the school community as a whole. Thank you to everyone involved. This is an outstanding outcome, and we are very proud of this achievement.
