EREA Formation Programs

EREA offers a number of formation programs for all staff, ranging from beginning staff to senior leaders, that provide opportunities for professional and personal reflection and growth.

“With a Listening Heart: A Design for Formation within the Edmund Rice Tradition”  guides the planning, design and evaluation of staff formation experiences grounded in the Touchstones as the contemporary Australian expression of Catholic schools in the Edmund Rice tradition.

“Full of Life” provides a guide to all nationally coordinated formation, leadership development and professional learning opportunities within the EREA community.
